摘要: 随着人类社会进入以人工智能为主要特征的新一轮科技革命时代,智能化生产作为产业创新和产业变革的主要方式正在全球范围内重塑产业生态,对各产业发展将产生深刻影响。本文从理论和经验两方面详细考察了现阶段最重要的智能生产技术———工业机器人的使用对服务业结构变动的效应。研究发现,工业机器人的大量使用对中国服务业发展的影响在整体上表现为促进其“结构升级”而非“低端锁定”;进一步的异质性分析表明,结构升级效应在工业机器人冲击更高的地区、人工智能相关产业发展扶持政策密集出台后的时期呈现显著增强的特征;在作用机制上,工业机器人的使用通过增进产业间有效关联以及新业态、新模式的职位创造促进服务业结构升级。本文的研究证实了工业机器人的使用是服务业结构升级的重要推动力,可为当前进一步推动人工智能与实体经济深度融合以实现产业升级的战略目标提供有益启示。

Abstract: As human society enters an era of new scientific and technological revolution characterized by artificial intelligence, intelligent production,as the main way of industrial innovation and transformation,is reshaping the industrial ecology worldwide,and will have a profound impact on the development of various industries.This paper studies the impact of industrial robots—the most important intelligent production technology at the current stage—on the structural changes of service industry from both theoretical and empirical aspects.The results show that the impact of the wide use of industrial robots on the development of service industry is generally promoting its"structural upgrading"rather than"low-end locking".Further heterogeneity estimation results show that the effect of structural upgrading is significantly enhanced in regions with higher exposure to industrial robots and the period after the aggressive policies are in place to support the development of industries related to artificial intelligence.In terms of mechanism,industrial robots significantly increase the effective linkage of industries,and create more jobs of new form and new model,which is conducive to service industry structural upgrading.This study confirms that industrial robots are an important driving force for the structural upgrading of service industry, and provides policy enlightenment for China to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy to achieve the strategic goal of industrial upgrading.
